Refund and Returns Policy

At ApexGrip, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If something isn’t right, we are here to help you get sorted.

⏱️ Returns Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

⚠️ Important Note for Goalkeeper Gloves: Goalkeeper latex is highly sensitive. To qualify for a refund or exchange, gloves must be completely free of dirt, grass stains, turf marks, or signs of wear. We cannot accept returns on gloves that have been pre-washed, worn at training/matches, or if the protective palm film (if applicable) has been removed.

🔁 The Returns & Inspection Process

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our gear team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the latex/gear.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank. There is often a standard processing time (usually 3–5 business days) before a refund is officially posted.

  3. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@apexgrip.co.uk}.

📦 Shipping Your Return

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

  • Tracking Your Return: If you are returning items over £50, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
